🎓 Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualifications

• Dental Surgeon: BDS / MDS with registration (Chhattisgarh Medical Council).
• MO-AYUSH: BAMS / BHMS / BUMS with valid registration.
• Physiotherapist: BPT degree.
• Community Health Officer (CHO): B.Sc Nursing / PBB.Sc Nursing with integrated Community Health Certificate.
• Nursing Officer / Staff Nurse: B.Sc Nursing / GNM with applicable registrations.
• Radiographer: 10+2 Science + Radiography/X-ray technician certificate & Council registration.
• Lab Technician: BMLT / DMLT.
• MPW (Male): 10+2 with science.
• ANM: ANM course + Council registration.
• Jr. Secretarial Assistant (LDC): 12th pass + DCA (Diploma).
• Security Guard: 10th pass + physical fitness criteria.
• OT Technician: 10+2 + OT Technician certificate and Council registration.

Age: Typically between 21-65 years (varies by post); reservation age relaxations apply.

💼 Key Responsibilities

Clinical & Medical Roles

• Provide healthcare services in assigned units (Nursing, Dental, AYUSH, Physiotherapy).
• Conduct diagnostics, treatments, immunizations, maternal & child care services.
• Coordinate community health outreach as part of NHM programs.

Paramedical Roles

• Perform lab tests, radiography tasks, and assist in technical procedures.
• Support logistics and documentation under health programmes.

Administrative & Support Roles

• Jr. Secretarial Assistants: manage records, documentation, office correspondence.
• MPWs/ANMs: support grassroots health delivery at sub-centres and outreach camps.
• Security Guards: ensure safety and order at facilities.

💰 Salary / Honorarium

Approximate monthly consolidated remuneration (subject to exact post & notification):

• Dental Surgeon: ~₹27,500
• MO-AYUSH: ~₹25,000
• Physiotherapist: ~₹18,000
• CHO: ~₹16,500
• Staff Nurse / Nursing Officer: ~₹16,000 – ₹16,500
• Radiographer / Lab Technician / MPW / OT Tech: ₹12,000 – ₹14,000
• Jr. Secretarial Assistant: ~₹12,000
• Security Guard: ~₹10,000 per month

📑 Selection Process

Selection typically involves:

• Merit list based on educational qualifications.
