• Maintain the quality and presentation of food while in transit.
🧭 Navigation & Time Management
• Plan efficient delivery routes using GPS or navigation tools.
• Ensure on-time deliveries to maximize customer satisfaction.
• Handle multiple deliveries during busy periods.
📞 Communication
• Contact customers if needed (e.g., clarification of address).
• Report delays or issues to the supervisor or app support.
📍 Cash & Digital Payments
• Collect cash payments (if cash-on-delivery is used).
• Accept and process digital payments using mobile payment apps or delivery apps.
🏍️ Vehicle Care & Compliance
• Maintain your delivery vehicle (bike/scooter) in good working condition.
• Follow road safety rules and traffic regulations at all times.
