✔ Make Outbound Calls
Call potential customers to introduce the company’s products, services, or training programs.
✔ Handle Inbound Calls
Professionally answer calls from existing customers or interested prospects.
✔ Explain Services Clearly
Provide clear and accurate information about what the company offers — features, benefits, and pricing.
✔ Lead Generation & Follow-Up
Generate leads from call interactions and follow up until conversion or next steps.
✔ Achieve Targets
Work toward daily/weekly/monthly calling or conversion targets as set by the team.
✔ Maintain Records
Keep accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and customer information in CRM or Excel sheets.
✔ Customer Relationship Building
Build and maintain positive relationships with clients by being courteous and helpful on calls.
✔ Coordinate with Team
Work with the sales or marketing team for handoffs, updates, and improved conversions.
