πΌ Role Summary
In this multifunctional role, youβll help deliver sales targets, support student/consumer engagement on behalf of clients, and coordinate field or campus activities. Youβll be expected to balance sales execution, customer counselling, and on-ground coordination in your assigned territory (Korba).
π Key Responsibilities
πΉ Field Sales Duties
- Generate sales leads and engage new customers in your area.
- Conduct market mapping β identify potential clients, retailers, or end users.
- Promote the clientβs product/service (often loyalty programs, cards, fuel-related services).
- Meet monthly sales or enrolment targets set by the company.
- Maintain records of activities, customer interactions, and progress reports.
- Attend client meetings and support promotional campaigns.
πΉ Campus/Community Engagement
- Visit schools, colleges, or community centres to talk about programs and opportunities.
- Organize small events or information sessions where needed.
- Help onboard new recruits or students where applicable.
πΉ Career Counselling & Customer Support
- Provide information, guidance, and counselling to customers/students who are interested in products or programs.
- Understand individual needs and recommend appropriate options.
- Coordinate with the central team for queries, feedback, or troubleshooting.
πΉ Reporting & Administration
- Prepare daily/weekly reports on sales, leads, and customer interactions.
- Update CRM or field tracking systems as instructed.
- Share insights with supervisors and attend training sessions.
π Eligibility & Skills
β Education: 12th pass or Graduate (preferred) β any discipline.
β Experience: Typical listings prefer 1β3 years in sales, marketing, customer service, or counselling (freshers may be considered with strong communication).
β Skills Required:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Confidence in talking to customers and students
- Basic computer skills for reporting
- Target-driven mindset
- Ability to travel locally within Korba region
