🧑💻 Role Objective
The main goal of this role is to ensure accurate data entry, maintain records, prepare MIS (Management Information System) reports, and assist various departments such as HR, Projects, and Stores with documentation and coordination work.
🧾 Key Responsibilities
1. Data Entry & Documentation
- Enter and update data accurately in MS Excel, Word, and company digital systems.
- Maintain records related to project/site details, manpower, stock, and other operational data.
- Prepare official letters, forms, and other documents in English and Hindi with neat formatting.
- Ensure data is updated regularly and error-free.
2. MIS Reporting
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports summarizing manpower, material movement, project progress, etc.
- Share MIS reports on time with departments such as HR, Store, and Project teams.
- Assist management with data summarisation and analysis for decision-making.
3. Coordination & Support
- Work closely with HR on attendance records, staff movements, joining/leaving details.
- Support Store Department with stock reports and inward/outward material entries.
- Assist Project team in updating progress reports and site documentation.
- Act as a communication link between departments to ensure smooth reporting.
4. Software & Digital Tools
- Use MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) proficiently.
- Knowledge of Zoho applications or other digital reporting tools is preferred.
- Upload and update data in the company’s digital systems and ERP tools if required.
🎓 Qualifications & Skills Required
Essential:
- Minimum 12th pass with good computer knowledge OR a Bachelor’s degree.
- Strong skills in MS Excel (formulas, formatting) and MS Word.
- Comfortable typing in English & Hindi with good speed and accuracy.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
Preferred:
- Diploma in Computer Applications or related field.
- Experience with Zoho or similar data/reporting software (preferred but not mandatory).
- Freshers with good typing and basic computer skills are welcome.
💡 Experience
- 0–2 years of experience in data entry, MIS reporting, or documentation roles is preferred, but freshers can apply if they meet the computer skill requirements.
