Job Role: Banking Sales Officer

A Banking Sales Officer is responsible for acquiring new customers and promoting the bank’s financial products including savings accounts, loans, credit cards, and insurance plans. The role focuses on field sales, customer relationship management, and achieving monthly business targets.


✔ Job Responsibilities

  • Identify and approach potential customers to promote banking products.
  • Sell savings accounts, current accounts, personal loans, vehicle loans, credit cards, and insurance policies.
  • Maintain regular follow-up with customers to build strong relationships.
  • Explain product features, benefits, and eligibility criteria clearly.
  • Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets assigned by the bank.
  • Conduct field visits to generate leads and convert prospects.
  • Assist customers with account opening formalities and documentation.
  • Coordinate with the branch team and report daily sales activities.
  • Resolve customer queries and ensure high customer satisfaction.
  • Keep updated with bank policies, new products, and market trends.

✔ Salary Range (Ongole / Prakasam District – Private Sector)

  • Monthly Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹20,000 (depends on company & experience)
  • Incentives: High performance-based incentives (₹5,000 to ₹25,000+ monthly possible)
  • Annual Package: ₹2.0 – ₹3.0 Lakh CTC (average range)
