Job Role:
A Collection Agent is responsible for contacting customers with overdue payments, motivating them to clear their dues, and ensuring timely recovery for the company. This role involves fieldwork, communication with clients, maintaining proper documentation, and following ethical collection practices.
✔ Job Responsibilities
- Contact customers through phone calls or field visits to remind them about pending payments.
- Explain outstanding dues, EMI details, late charges, and settlement options clearly.
- Collect payments and issue company-provided receipts or acknowledgment.
- Maintain daily records of calls, visits, and collections made.
- Coordinate with the accounts or finance department for updates.
- Track non-responsive customers and escalate cases when required.
- Handle customer queries professionally and provide solutions.
- Follow company guidelines and maintain ethical recovery practices.
- Achieve monthly collection targets set by management.

✔ Salary Range (Ongole / Prakasam District – Private Agencies)
- Monthly Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹16,000
- Incentives: ₹3,000 – ₹20,000+ based on collections
- Annual Package: ₹1.5 – ₹2.2 Lakh (approx.)
