✔ Job Responsibilities
- Identify potential clients and business opportunities for Tekpillar’s financial products.
- Develop and implement business strategies to achieve sales and revenue targets.
- Lead, train, and supervise a team of field executives and relationship officers.
- Build and maintain relationships with channel partners, banks, and insurance companies.
- Monitor sales performance, prepare reports, and provide feedback to management.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to close deals.
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns and sales initiatives in the assigned territory.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to improve strategies.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and ethical practices.
- Mentor team members to improve performance and professional growth.

✔ Salary Range (Ongole / Prakasam District – Private Sector)
- Monthly Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹40,000
- Performance Incentives: ₹10,000 – ₹50,000+ depending on targets
- Annual Package: ₹4.0 – ₹6.0 Lakh CTC (approx.)
