Senior Relationship Executive

A Senior Relationship Executive at Bajaj Finserv plays a key role in driving sales, acquiring customers, and delivering exceptional financial service. The position focuses on promoting Bajaj Finserv’s wide range of products—such as personal loans, business loans, home loans, gold loans, EMI finance, credit cards, and insurance solutions—while building long-term customer relationships. The role requires strong communication, field sales ability, and the confidence to meet monthly business goals.

The executive interacts with both new and existing customers, understands their financial requirements, and recommends suitable products. They also maintain proper documentation, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure smooth approval and disbursement processes. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy customer-facing work, field visits, and relationship management in the financial services sector.


✔ Key Job Responsibilities

  • Acquire new customers by promoting Bajaj Finserv loan and financial products.
  • Meet clients, understand their needs, and recommend suitable solutions.
  • Cross-sell products like insurance, EMI cards, credit cards, and digital finance services.
  • Maintain regular follow-up with customers to ensure high satisfaction.
  • Achieve monthly sales, revenue, and cross-selling targets.
  • Verify customer documents (KYC, income proof, bank statements, etc.).
  • Assist customers with loan applications and approval processes.
  • Build strong relationships with dealers, stores, and channel partners.
  • Provide after-sales support and resolve customer queries.
  • Prepare daily sales reports and update CRM systems.

  • Excellent communication and customer-handling skills
  • Strong sales and negotiation ability
  • Good knowledge of finance products (loans, EMI finance, credit cards, etc.)
  • Basic understanding of KYC, documentation, and verification processes
  • Ability to meet sales targets and work independently
  • Field sales experience preferred

  • Basic computer and mobile app usage

✔ Salary Range (Ongole / Prakasam District)

  • Monthly Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 (depending on experience)
  • Incentives: ₹10,000 – ₹40,000+ based on performance
  • Annual Package: ₹2.5 – ₹3.5 Lakh CTC (approx.)
