Tele Caller

Job Role:

A Tele Caller is responsible for reaching out to prospective and existing customers over the phone to generate leads, promote products or services, and support the sales team in achieving business targets. Tele Callers are key to maintaining a positive customer experience and building brand trust. This role is ideal for candidates who are confident, persuasive, and target-oriented.


✔ Job Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to prospective clients and respond to inbound customer inquiries.
  • Promote company products and services effectively to generate leads.
  • Maintain a detailed record of calls, customer interactions, and follow-ups.
  • Provide accurate information about offerings, pricing, and promotions.
  • Handle customer queries, complaints, and objections professionally.
  • Follow up with leads to convert them into confirmed sales.
  • Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call and sales targets.
  • Coordinate with the sales or marketing team for smooth lead management.
  • Maintain a professional and polite tone at all times.
  • Update CRM systems with accurate client and lead information.

✔ Salary Range (Ongole / Prakasam District – Private Sector)

  • Monthly Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000
  • Incentives / Performance Bonus: ₹2,000 – ₹8,000+ based on targets
  • Annual Package: ₹1.5 – ₹2.5 Lakh CTC (approx.)
  • Additional benefits may include:
    • Travel allowance (if applicable)
    • Incentives for exceeding targets
    • Opportunity for promotion to Senior Tele Caller or Sales Executive roles
